 Sourdough 'Cevizli LOKUM'

(poppy walnut and sesame bread rolls)
This is a traditional bread from Ottoman kitchen, invented in Bursa city which is the first capital of the empire.




The ingredients are simple: 

Sourdough dough %65 hydration, poppy, walnut and sesame.
Mold: Use an aluminium mold type 'baklava'
